Sit in Chair, rotate ankle in clockwise and counter clockwise direction for 30 seconds
Perform every 1-4 hours
- Ankle ABCs
For pain management and introduction of motion
Move Ankle to write out the ABCs
Perform every 1-4 hours
- Inversion
Isometric exercise for strengthening
Place foot against rigid object, push inward creating a solid contraction
Perform 10-15 times, every 1-4 hours
- Eversion
Isometric exercise for strengthening
Place foot against rigid object, push outward creating a solid contraction
Perform 10-15 times, every 1-4 hours
- Sling leg Stance
Balance training
Stand on one foot for 30 seconds
Perform 30 seconds, every 1-4 hours
