Treatment

Conservative–>aggressive:
• NSAIDS
• Wrist splints
• RICE–>stop the irritating activities
• Counter force bracing may be used
• Gentle PROM
• Isometric to tolerance
• Progress isotonic
• Progress to functional motions
• Injections may be performed in conjunction with conservative treatment

Surgical intervention:

• Would be considered after 6-12 months of failed conservative treatment
Surgery includes:
• Debridement
• Cubital tunnel decompression
• Submuscular transposition of ulnar nerve
• Release or excision of flexor carpi radials brevis
