
Appropriate for patients with restricted quadriceps and hip flexors. Should be applied for general low back pain and later stages of recovery for disc injuries, stenosis, and arthritic changes.
How it works: Exercise designed to lengthen quadricep muscle or hip flexors. Tight hip flexors can lead to increase curve in the low back in standing, and increase pain when transitioning from sit to stand after sitting for long periods.
REPS: 2-4 reps. 20-30 second holds, 2-3 times per day
